In ladies, infertility is treated with: Fertility medications and hormones to enable the lady to ovulate or reestablish levels of hormones and Surgery to expel tissue that is blocking fertility, (for example, endometriosis) or to open blocked fallopian tubes. For a lady, testing starts with a clinical history and physical test, including a pelvic test.
